Pull the lever to the left of it, until the boat is in the water, then head down to the water's edge and hop in. Now head out the door and follow the linear path, killing the Searchers along the way until you reach a big area with a boat.
Use the pipe to smash your way through the barricade and grab the 3 Bacon Soup (3) on your immediate left, then continue around the corner to the left and look by the cot on the floor for 1 Bacon Soup (4).
Head inside and lift up the back of the toilet and retrieve the pipe. Once you've been left behind, use your Looking Glass to search the room and you'll find a hidden room. I also won't be pointing out every opportunity to use it because that would spoil some of the mystery and fun. Keep in mind, you can't move when you use it so only use it when it's safe to do so.
